Choose from 10 unique classes across 5 different races. Each with their own playstyle and builds.

The primary goal of a Cleric is to keep their allies in the fight. The combination of powerful buffs and heals can be instrumental to winning a team fight or avoiding a team wipe on bosses.
Don't let their primary role fool you, as Cleric's are also capable of dishing out damage. They access to both physical and metal damage, along with debuffs to reduce both defenses when needed. This, coupled with a few different crowd control skills makes them extremely valuable in a team.

There is no greater class for dishing out insanely high damage at extreme ranges than that of the Archer. High mobility and a few control skills coupled with the longest attack range available in-game, Archer's are extremely hard to pin down.
Archer's also have a wide variety of weapons to choose from. Crossbows with added range and higher burst potential, bows with special proc effects, and slingshots with faster attacks and channeling. They can even bring multiple weapons with different proc types to a fight, allowing for purges, magic def reductions, group stuns/seals, etc. Be careful though, as their damage and mobility comes at the cost of lower defenses.

Barbarian's are physical powerhouses in Perfect World. They are one of the tankiest classes to play, capable of surviving large groups of players with active mitigation skills and a kit designed around increasing their maximum HP and physical defense.
Despite being extremely tanky, they can still deal respectable damage and have a few different playstyles that can be employed. From your traditional cata barb/arma build prioritizing extremely high HP, to a dex/str hybrid build prioritizing APS claws and bows, to the traditional pure strength hammer/axe build, you won't get bored with the many different ways to play this class.

Venomancer's have one of the most versatile kits in the game. Not only do you have access to pets with their own unique skills, you have access to both powerful magical skills as well as the potential to dish out significant physical damage.
While all classes can wear different armor types to benefit from different defenses/refine HPs, Venomancers are in a unique position to take advantage of all stats. Magic for example, will increase their magic damage. Strength will increase the damage of their auto attacks and fox-physical damage skills. Dex will increase their accuracy to land their auto attacks and fox skills, and Vit is strong in general since they gain more hp per vit than Wizards or Clerics. We recommend experimenting with different builds for Venomancers, as you are bound to have fun regardless of the build.

Blademasters are probably the highest skill ceiling class in the game. Managing multiple weapons and individual skill cooldowns, coupled with glitching skills for special effects means you'll need to be very experienced to play this class effectively across all types of pvp.
The reward for mastering this class is having access to the highest source of single target damage per second available in the game, along with the greatest stunlock available in Perfect World. If you can manage constant weapon swaps, and have a great internal clock for stun timers, you'll thrive on this class and likely dominate most other classes in 1v1s.

Wizards are one of the strongest pure magical classes in the game. Their skills have innately high % weapon damage scaling, and they also have strong defensive skills to keep them in the fight. Despite being a traditional damage dealing class, their defense and crowd control allows them to be played in a supportive role as well.
There's a few different ways to play this class, as you can go Demon for high channeling and better CC, or Sage for higher burst damage and crit potential. You can also experiment with different armor types, as your Stone Barrier scales with equipment value defense, further boosting your defenses at the cost of some damage.

Assassins, much like their name implies, are designed around dishing out extremely high damage to a single target very quickly. The stealth mechanic allows them to enter fights on their own terms, and even escape when things start going sideways.
They primarily have two main playstyles. One designed around APS or Attacks Per Second, and one designed around DPH or Damage Per Hit. Both are strong options, but you'll need to tailor your gear around these playstyles to be the most effective. Much like Archers, your defensive capabilities are going to be weaker to offset the outgoing damage. Make sure you use skills like Tidal Protection and Deaden Nerves to help keep you in the fight.

Psychic is another very powerful magic class. Similar to Wizards, their skills revolve around dealing magic damage with Water & Earth skills. Unlike Wizards and their access to fire damage and different barriers & utility skills, Psychics have access to "Voodoo" skills, allowing them to switch between outputting high damage at the cost of their defense, or taking significantly reduced damage at the cost of their outgoing damage.
Effectively managing when to between each voodoo, as well as an effective skill rotation to use when switching between them, will be key to playing this class successfully. Much like other classes, you can choose to use any type of gear available in-game. Black Voodoo in robes can dish out some of the highest AOE damage in the game with fast channeling times. White Voodoo, coupled with heavy armor for example, can make for an extremely tanky Psychic, allowing you to use your skills in a more supportive role.

Seekers are a very unique class mechanically speaking. It's easiest to describe them as a combination of Blademasters and Wizards. They primarily wear Heavy Armor, they use swords/blades, and output a combination of physical/magical damage at a respectable casting range.
Their playstyle often revolves around comboing skills in a specific order to maximize outgoing damage. This includes leveraging debuffs (either self-inflicted, or those inflicted by enemies) to reflect them back to attackers to increase your outgoing damage. They are naturally tanky with their higher HP pools and defense levels, and extremely strong in PVE with their massive AOE damage and group buffs. They are all around good in pvp, but not quite the best at 1v1s or mass pk, so if you're looking for a solid "jack of all trades" class, this might be a good pick for you.

Mystics are best described as a combination of Clerics and Venomancers. Similar to Clerics, they have access to healing/support spells to aid their allies, and similar to Venomancers, they have summons that they can control to aid them in pvp/pve.
Their outgoing damage won't be quite as high as wizards or psychics, but they have a significant amount of utility that they can bring to the table. They have solid CC, strong buffs, and skills that can bypass active mitigation makes them strong in any team composition. Much like other classes, it's recommended to experiment with different gear types, as their buffs that increase physical defense can benefit greatly from light armor or heavy armor.
